Presented below are brief descriptions of a few recent assignments and the customer’s assessment of our performance.

Metal Manufacturer- A.H. Hierl Associates teamed with the manufacturing staff to design and implement an advanced manufacturing planning and factory floor control system. We implemented the system on budget and ahead of schedule, providing management the planning tools and performance visibility that increased product throughput and profits.

Business Trade Association- A large state business trade association found its insurance programs changing rapidly, but was hampered by legacy software that took too long to modify.  A. H. Hierl Associates was brought in to develop a replacement system for providing information to participating insurance carriers. A key design goal was to design a system that could be modified quickly as business requirements changed.  The new system has been in service for over a year and already has been successfully modified several times.
