A.H. Hierl Associates may not sound like typical software developers or programmers. That’s because we’re not. As a company we’ve been in the software development business for over ten years, but we’ve been working in business for over 50 collective years. Here’s how a new assignment typically works:

• We provide a free initial consultation.
• Working with your key staff we review and analyze relevant business processes so we can define your needs. Using this information we develop a proposal that accurately sets out the scope of work, schedule and cost estimates.
• We use a Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to building software systems.  This means we meet with you to define details, build a working prototype quickly, review it with you to get timely feedback and then fine tune it.  This iterative approach helps shorten the development cycle and ensures that all required functionality is incorporated. In short this approach efficiently gets the right things done right.
• After the software is developed and tested we’re ready to deploy it. Of course we train the users and provide transition support as needed.
